David Hasselhoff was a long way from Miami on Wednesday as he braved the snow-covered mountains of The Alps. Taking to Instagram, the 66-year-old actor shared a hilarious video as he stepped outdoors clad in just a flimsy robe and boots whilst in search of the outdoor hot tub. In the clip, David is seen stepping outside his cabin into the snow while only wearing a dressing gown and saying: 'It's cold under there! I'm going over to the Jacuzzi to put the tub on.' However, he struggled to make his way to the tub, ploughing knee deep into the snow in his flimsy get-up.
Realising that the snow is too deep, he announces: 'My little Hoff is freezing!' before giving up and retreating to the warmth of his lodge. The Knight Rider actor is currently visiting Saalbach-Hinterglemm, an Alpine resort in the northern Austrian state of Salzburg ahead of a concert in the town on Thursday.
He is one of approximately 40,000 people in the region who are currently trapped in one of the many snowed-in villages.
Glemm Valley, which links Saalbach-Hinterglemm to the outside world, has been cut off since Monday due to heavy snowfall and a high risk of avalanches.
