Today’s review is on Nivea Body Lotion Sensual Coconut. Last year, Nivea introduced a few body lotions in their new line called “Sensual.” They have added one new body lotion this year called Nivea Body lotion Sensual Coconut. I purchased all body lotions from this line and did review a few of them on IMBB. I was happy to find a new one this year. I have so many products from Nivea and love this brand. I feel their products are a great drug store buy. It is worth the money and they deliver what they claim most of the time.

My Experience with Nivea Body Lotion Sensual Coconut:
Nivea Body Lotion Sensual Coconut packaging comes packed in a light blue plastic bottle with a dark blue flap cap. The flap cap bears the typical Nivea logo on it. The flap cap is as thin as a coin, but very sturdy. The cap is easy to open and close. It comes in a 200 ml packaging making it perfect for travel.
The body lotion itself is white in color. The consistency of the product is medium thick and extremely creamy. The fragrance is extremely pleasant. It smells of coconut oil and I like it. If you are a fan of coconut fragrance, then you will love it. The fragrance makes you smell and feel fresh.
The lotion contains extracts of coconut oil and Monoi oil and also lots of other essential oils. The ingredients list looks pretty impressive. Monoi oil is actually infused perfume oil which is made from soaking petals of Tiare flowers in coconut oil. Its basically scented coconut oil. It’s the latest trend in western market. This oil is believed to make the skin softer.
The lotion spreads like satin all over the skin. The lotion is very light and hence leaves a thin layer on the skin and does not feel heavy or oily or greasy at all. The product also gets absorbed into the skin within a few seconds. The skin looks very healthy and supple after application.
My skin is quite dry and sensitive, but it tends not to get dry during summer months. Hence, this lotion is sufficient for my normal to dry skin. I need to apply it once a day to keep the feel and texture of the skin good. I would never use it in autumn or winters, since it is not for the colder month, especially for people with dry skin.
These body lotions are meant for spring or summer months. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the results are pretty good.

If you do not suffer from extremely dry skin and do not need that heavy moisturizing, then it would be a perfect fit. It’s a great light body lotion which maintains the healthy skin. Perfect for warmer months.
